cadbury.jpg

Cadbury is one friendly guy who always wanted more, more, more attention! He was adopted to a wonderful home where we know he'll have all the attention he wants! Congratulations, Cadbury!

lizzie1.jpg

Lizzie came to us with five babies and a "don't touch" me kinda of attitude. WIth a little time and patience from her foster mum, Lizzie learned to trust and now loves the cuddles are much as any other bun. We are thrilled that she was bonded to a wonderul boy, and has now moved into her forever home! Congratulations, Lizzie!

syd4.jpg

Syd is best described as super-sweet and super-social. So when he went to a fabulous, super-sweet human couple the match could not have been better! We are very happy for Syd and his forever family and we look forward to hearing great stories about him in the future. Congratulations, Syd!

Lennyand Squiggy.jpg

Lenny and Squiggy

were brothers who came from the The Huntsville Animal Services. These two wonderful boys are lucky that they went to the save forever, home after they were neutered. We think they will absolutely have a Happy New Year! Congratulations guys!

pradalillihaschen.jpg

Prada Moon, Herr Haschen and Vanilla Lilli Beans perhaps should have been named Jack, Jannet and Chrissy. All three are former EARS bunnies living together in best-friend bunny bliss. We were so thrilled to find out that they have been successfully bonded as a trio, we we just had to put a new photo up! "Just one photo?" asked the two lucky humans who live with and dote on this incredible trio. "Just one" we laughed.

By the way, the forever mom of this trio wants you to know that this photo was NOT posed--these three snuggle like this all the time. (Lilli Beans was mildly annoyed when her nap was disturbed by a photo session.)

rushton280.jpg

Rushton is a tiny, loveable and oh-so -very-adorable bunny! He was found by his EARS foster parent when she was walking in Rushton Park. We thought he would be adopted quickly and we were right! What surprised us was how quickly Rushton fell in love with Babs--a spayed female who visited the foster home. Rushton, upon seeing Babs, went right up to her and snuggled down beside her! It was love at first site for him--and the easiest and fastest grooming seen by his foster mom EVER!

rosie.jpg

Rosie was quite the "chow hound" in the foster home. And even though she LOVED to eat, she also LOVED to be petted and be snuggled by foster home visitors. Rosie, we are happy to report, was adopted recently and went to an incredible home just down the street from her former foster mom! We imagine we'll see this special little girl at BYOB (Bring Your Own Bunny) parties in the future.

pixie.jpg

Robin (formally Pixie) is sweet, social girl with a lot of love to give. We think it's pretty great that she went a home where there were two humans and a boy bun to complete her family. Congratulations, Robin!

greta2.jpg

Greta is just a precious girl. In the foster home, she had no problem using those big ears to show you how adorable she is! In her forever home, we're sure she's using the same "tricks" to get all the love and attention she deserves.

rafie280.jpg

Raphael (Rafa) is a tiny little boy with a lot of love to give. He was adopted to a wonderful home where his best-bun friend is another neutered boy called Hoppy. We know both buns are spoiled daily by a wonderful human.

willow1.jpg

Willow was shy girl when she arrived in the foster home. Once she started to warm up to her foster mom, Willow also started to trust visitors. Then, a wonderful woman named Cindy, who adopted a previous EARS bunny, knew she had space for another bunny and Willow was her choice! We know Willow is very lucky to have Cindy as her forever mom--Willow has a bonus: she is now bonded to her best bun friend Oliver!

oliver280.jpg

Oliver came to us a busy boy with no time to stand still. His favorite hobby was exploring the foster room and seeing what he could get into. He also loved to be snugged by his foster mom, so we knew right away this boy could use a forever home that would have a human who loved to snuggle. One day, our friend Cindy came along looking for another bunny. Actually, she wanted a pair of bunnies so each would always have company. Cindy fell in love with Oliver right away (we weren't surprised) and Oliver and Willow fell in love with each other just as fast!

murphy.jpg

Max (formally Murphy) has been adopted to a wonderul home! He is bonded to a spayed girl named Maggie. We hear that the two make the most adorable couple of snuggers! We are so happy for Max but we are just as thrilled for Maggie because we love it when our match making works and two buns get to live in bonded bunny bliss.

ginnyby13.jpg

Ginny is one fabulous bunny--and she sure knows it. Well, we pretty much knew it too and so did Ginny's foster parents--the same people who became Ginny's forever parents! Foster parents don't usually adopt the bunnies they care for, but some bunnies are just meant to stay put once rescued. Ginny is in the process of being bonded to a former EARs bunny (Slidell) and has two humans to dote on this lettuce and hay seeking girl.

pradamoon280.jpg

Prada Moon (formally Lulu) is a wonderful, furry girl with a great balance between sweet and spirited. We hear her favorite part of the day is spent running laps around and around the house and kicking up her heals with spirted leaps and hops of joy. Congratulations Prada!

lillicouch280.jpg

Vanilla Lilli Beans (formally Lilli) is a such a curious bunny, who loves to climb up high, that we used to wonder if she was part bunny and part goat, and if anyone would have the patience to adopt such a spirited girl.

One day, we had a visitor to the foster home who came to get to know the bunnies. Well, Lilli Beans climbed right in to the lap of that visitor and snuggled down for pets! Who could resist being choosen in such a fabulous way?

pet1.jpg

Petunia is a little princess with a very regal attitude! Petunia was an older girl when she came to us but that didn't stop an incredible human from adopting her! We hear that Petunia is one lucky, spoiled girl and also has a best-boy friend to boot!
See Petunia's photo gallery from her time in EARS foster care here.

ozzierbb.jpg

Ozzie came to Alabama EARS after being surrendered to Huntsville Animal Services. Before he was surrendered to the shelter, his owner had obviously kept him in an uncleaned, tiny cage. Under the loving, dedicated care of his foster mom, Ozzie became a bright, cheerful and healthy bunny who loved to be loved! Although he wasn't officially adopted before he stepped on a rainbow and went to the bridge, all of us at EARS know that he had been adopted by his foster mom in her heart the very day she brough his urine soaked body home.

petey2.jpg

Petey is such a sweetie. He was very shy in foster so he stayed with us for a while. Just when we thought we might have to worry about Petey finding a forever home, the most wonderful home came along--and it came with an adorable bunny-girl (Godiva) waiting for the perfect boy-bun!! We were so happy when the new couple went home together to live in bunny bliss! Oh, and Petey's new home has a fabulous human to dote on him and Godiva as well.

tallulah1.jpg

Tallulah was a very social bunny--right from the day she arrived in foster care. She wasn't shy around visitors so we weren't suprised when she was adopted so soon after arriving at the foster home.

honeybunny4.jpg

Honey Bunny probably should have been named Cuddle Bunny. Seriously. This girl wants nothing more than to be petted, cuddled, loved on and then to have her nose gently rubbed. So, when a wonderful home came along, with a neutered boy bun to boot, Honey Bunny packed up her baby keys and litter box and moved to her forever home.

bentley.jpg

Bentley was in foster care for only a few days before his adoption was pending. Essentially, his adorable little face and busy, busy, busy personality has won the heart of a special human. Not only is his foster mom in love with Bentley, but visitors have also taken notice of this special little guy.

franklin3.jpg

Franklin is an active boy with lots of love to share. He is an absolute wonderful mix of a bunny who loves to play and loves to run around and explore. We are happy to report that his human caretakers lavish him with attention, and give him plenty of room to run and expore.

taylor1.jpg

Taylor was a shy bunny but a very special human came to visit the foster home, Taylor decided that he had found his forever mom. Luckily, she agreed and we hear that there is happiness and bunny harmony in Taylor's new home.

parker6.jpg

Parker was another shy bun who seemed to be overlooked by most visitors. One day, it must have been fate, because Parker won the heart of an incredible woman and he was adopted! We were so thrilled to see this shy bun go to a home fabulous home where he is truly king of the castle!

max2.jpg

Max was a small bunny who was left at the Huntsville shelter after Easter. He is now a new husbun and living in bunny bliss. Oh yeah, and we think it's kind neat that his human caretakers are also newlyweds!

claire2.jpg

Claire was a hurricane Katrina bunny with a lot of spirit! Her high energy level didn't keep her from being adopted to the best home ever, though! We were all a little sad when Claire went to her forever home but we were more happy as she ended up with not only a wonderful human caretaker, but a best-bunny friend to boot!

midnight.jpg

Midnight was also a Hurricane Katrina bunny. And it turns out that he was the fabulously lucky bunny who got to go home with Clarie! These two are so adorable (and so is their forever mom.) Yeah for Midnight!

cameronnicholas.jpg

Cameron and Nicholas had been in EARS foster care since they were babies. Because they are best bun friends, they went to the same loving home.
