Cottontail's Village 2009

These were taken in March 2009 after we set up our booth at Cottontail's Village.

Cottontail's Village is a three-day education event in Birmingham.

Volunteers  educate everyone who asks about rabbit care and behavior to event attendees.

This event is a lot of fun and a great opportunity to help out the bunnies with only a little effort on your part. Volunteers chat mostly with shoppers about what it's really like to live with a house rabbit BEFORE parents brought a bunny home for Easter.

In between discussion litter box training, the importance of spay and neuter and how rabbits like to play with toys, volunteers take breaks to shop the fabulous booths at Cottontail's, and eats lots of chocolate! (After all, we do promote the Make Mine Chocolate event!).
