Okay, we know she's famous (her YouTube videos and the campaign to raise enough money for her cataract surgery made her very popular) but we want to assure everyone that is has not gone to her head. This happy lop isn't a diva and will really give up the tooth purrs if you pet her long enough.
Snookie is an adoptable bunny and she is a wonderful, wonderful rabbit. She is very social--wants attention and petting all the time, and it doesn't take much to earn her trust. A few quiet words...a piece of parsley that's about all it takes. Kind reassurance is all she needs to make a new friend in each human who visits her in the foster home. We think it's remarkable that this little lop (she is only about 2.5 lbs) is so trusting--her first three years of life before she came to EARS weren't so great to say to the least.
In a few short months, this now sweet and curious rabbit has become a happy girl with a healthy appetite for veggies and hay. She answers to her own name and loves to be loved on. We know we can't make up for the miserable life she had before EARS, but we can sure try.
Snookie will do best in a home where there is someone who needs somebun to dote upon and give her plenty of attention. She might appreciate the comfort of another rabbit (a neutered boy perhaps) but we think she could be very happy as long as her forever human(s) make her the center of the home!
